A fabulous Antique Suffragette pendant made in the Art Nouveau style with lovely scrolling, foliate metalwork fashioned in 9ct Gold and decorated with Pearls, a pear cut Peridot dropper and a large Amethyst in the centre which is approx. 7ct.
Together the colours of each stone show support for the women’s Suffragette movement which took place in the early 20th Century and symbolise; Violet for Loyalty, White for Purity and Green for Hope, or Give Women Votes!
It’s a wonderful tribute to the movement and displays quality Edwardian workmanship.
