Cast and hand assembled 9ct yellow and white gold spinel and diamond ring with a 3.4 mm - 3.7 mm flat tapered shank with white gold overlaid shoulders holding a white gold claw mount set with an oval cut light blue spinel. In each shoulder, there is a single cut diamond grain set.
